Hi Readers,
Happy New Year! 2015 will be an awesome year! I am very sorry that I have not added to this blog since June 2014. As most of you know, I was working at Capella University and Walden University. For 15 months, I worked about 60 hours per week teaching at both schools and consulting.... and I am an old lady! My Capella mentee, Annie Odom-Samuels, finished her doctoral degree in December. So......After a long deliberation weighing all options, I resigned from Capella shortly after she finished. My last day at Capella was 11 January. I miss all of my colleagues and mentees at Capella but I know I made the right decision. Now, I am still doing my consulting work but only teaching and mentoring at Walden. And I LOVE it.
Also in December, my husband had prostate cancer surgery. All of the diagnostics and second and third opinions took up most of October and November. He came through the procedure with flying colors and he is working, golfing, and resumed most of his activities.
Please continue to check here frequently, as I have been compiling articles for the blog. I have a lot to write and now, I have some time. During most of 2014 I simply did not have any time for blog writing. I have missed not posting to this forum and I appreciate your patience and understanding!
BTW, readers of this blog represent a diverse audience including the countries of China, Russia, France, Spain, Italy, and the USA. In 2014, most of my blog readers were from China. In 2013, France!
Xie Xie and Merci! [Thank you in Chinese and French]. Thank you! The AGEDOC
