Be Prepared, Not Scared!

Are you caring for a person with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease and sheltering/quarantining during the CV-19 pandemic?  The video below is well worth eleven minutes of your time.  I urge caregivers and family members to watch this presentation.  While the media is focusing on challenges related to having children out of school and ways to keep them occupied, there is almost nothing about how to manage the daily lives of older people with cognitive decline.

Coronavirus Prevention Tips for Family Caregivers: A presentation by Dr. Alison B. Reiss, M.D.  She is the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Scientific and Memory Screening Advisory Board member.
