Dysfunctional Families and Emotional Wellness

The term dysfunctional family is often used jokingly to describe our hectic and demanding families. The actual term is related to destructive families. Dysfunctional relationships are multi-generational and without therapy, will continue to the next generation. Destructive relationships are never healthy.
