Eat Sardines for Good Health
According to the Harvard Health and Nutrition Letter [March 24, 2014], sardines are an EXCELLENT source of Omega 3's, essential to brain and heart health. Sardines also have high levels of Vitamin D and Calcium :-) Sardines are inexpensive and when canned in water, are low in calories and sodium. My favorite sardines are Wild Planet sardines in water and I buy them by the case. They are available at Amazon.com and Costco and are delicious for a meal or snack. One can has only 160 calories and packed with nutrients. They require no refrigeration :-) Stock up and enjoy! Agedoc.
