Staying Fit while Staying Home

Go-4-Life is a low impact workout designed for older adults. Yes, it is possible to exercise and improve balance without expensive equipment. Although this program was developed for ages fifty and over by the National Institutes of Aging many years ago, it has gained popularity lately due to the CV-19 stay-at-home recommendations. The program includes a booklet that can be mailed to your home. Make these exercises a part of your daily routine!

The Go4Life workbook [red cover] is currently out of stock but downloadable as a .pdf. https://order.nia.nih.gov/publication/exercise-physical-activity-your-everyday-guide-from-the-national-institute-on-aging
